Mojito Recipe

Mint

2 tsp of Sugar

3 tbsp Lime Juice

1 1/2 Shots of White Rum    

Club Soda

 

Crush part of the mint and coat to the inside of a tall glass. Add sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly, before layering down a healthy amount of ice and rum before filling with club soda. Add a lime slice and the remaining mint, and your done! Enjoy.

    It really is important to slap the mint leaves between your palms to express the oils and get the full mint flavour before dropping it into the glass. Makes all the difference!

    I've tried Mojito Cocktails and its nice but I do like to drink White Rum.
    I've also tried Mojito Cuban Beer and it's not so nice.
