Since I was a toddler, I have had a obsession for the common Hot Air Balloon. When I was 10 years old I was riding my bike around the Manukau City sports bowl. As I turned the corner onto the soccer fields I almost fell off the bike. On the field there were people inflating a hot air balloon. As I cautiously ran (ahem sprinted) to touch the beast, a man came up to me and asked me if I would like a ride (Tethered ride that is). Ummm.........YES. That ride was better than any Christmas.

15 years ago, the girl i was smitten with asked me out "YES!!" I said.

Now we have been married for almost 14 years and have two wonderful kids. Best yes i ever said :)
