  One of the most overlooked things in a relationship is communication. Most couples find it hard to communicate with each other on matters that they know or "think" will upset there partner. What people dont realise however is that once this wall is broken down it is much much easier to talk to each other about the issues that lead them to seeing counsellors.
  
  Once you know your partner will not over react to your comments or suggestions you will find that talking to each other about the harder things in a relationship becomes much more natural and the "Issue" one is experencing will disapare.
