Prepare For A Sizzling Hot Summer
That is one awesome barbie and if I could only win that it would be the answer to my problems... just moved house and found that the barbie that we've had and been using for the last four years has bitten the dust... with expense of moving house and Xmas it's going to be late summer before I can even think about replacing it :( More about Prepare For A Sizzling Hot Summer

Win all of Frank's Home Bar Essentials
I'd throw a house warming party to welcome these babies into my home and throw a competition for all guests to design their own cocktail... the winner of which would then be served to all guests on entry and be named 'From Gary with love'. More about Win all of Frank's Home Bar Essentials

Nicholas Jermyn Accessories - Frank's Top 7 in Style - March 2011
There doesn't seem to be enough care being taken to look the part in business I find any more and this would help complete my look while hopefully setting a good example to lead the way for those taking less care in their professional appearance. Great article. I play a lot of football, both 5 a side indoor and 11 side outdoor and I'm very lucky, in my opinion anyway(!), in that my weakness is my ankles, not my knees which can take a lot longer to recover.
The last time I had a major ankle sprain my foot was black and blue all over. I duly went to the physio and during my second or third visit I commented to my physio that I was pleased with my recovery so far and it seemed to be speedier than previous injuries considering it's severity. Was this down to fitness and my joint being stronger I asked. His response, "No, it's because your ligaments are practically non-existent due to the number of injuries you've had in that area!".
Dreading my later years and suffering then, however, as long as I can run around and enjoy, keen to maintain my fitness and enjoyment of the game whilst I can! More about Muscle strains -

Win a double pass to Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D!
Graveyard shift meetings... those 2pm or 3pm meetings that are just after lunch... your body has decided that this would be a good time to digest your recently enjoyed lunch time snack... your brain decides it doesn't have enough energy to do this and keep your eyes open... the more you try to concentrate and get enthusiastic about the current topic, the more your body shuts down to the external world... you nearly break your neck as you jolt back to life when your chin hits your chest and you start drooling on your shirt... finally you blurt out something just so that you can join in, even though you had nothing useful to add and everyone turns to look at you and notices your drool stain!
